Matthias worked as a consulting manager at Bain&Company and Boston Consulting Group, with focus on retail banking. He cofounded TripHunter, which was acquired by brands4friends. Matthias holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from TU Munich. He studied at the CDTM and at UC Berkeley.

Csaba Tamas

Before joining FinReach, Csaba was Head of Professional Solutions at KEBA Group, supervising the software development and IT operations in the Banking and Service Automation division. Previous to that, he founded the Romanian subsidiary of KEBA Group, establishing it as market leader for innovative banking-transaction processing solutions. He holds a BSc degrees in Computer Science, and an MBA from Bucharest School of Management/Telfer School of Management.
