Texx Factor wants to engage the participants to create tech solutions for women – made by women – to close the gender gap on various levels.
Whether you enjoy coding together in a team and would like to get advice from our coaches or you are already a tech guru and would like to work on this very special solution during the hackathon, you can get creative and enjoy this special atmosphere at our female hackathon.
We have a dedicated jury of financial leaders and great opportunities for networking at our award ceremony dinner.
Texx Factor is designed to bring together women with different skill sets in tech, product or entrepreneurship to have fun, network, code, prototype, design, and get advice from selected coaches together. We believe that women in Tech and Finance need more visibility, networking opportunities, and the chance to show new talents, possible career paths.
Topics like financial planning, investment opportunities and pension schemes are often neglected by women. Products are often made by men. There is a possibility of a gap.
Texx Factor wants to engage the participants to create tech solution for women – made by women – to close the gender gap on various levels. For this, Texx Factor provides a real interface with real customer insights and customer data: dbAPI.
Clients entrust banks with their data, so that they can benefit from innovative, individually tailored services that go beyond banking. With dbAPI, Deutsche Bank enables you to develop such services for nearly all areas of life, private and business alike, based on high-quality bank data.
Create a technical solution that motivates women to deal with their financial situation during their individual phases of life (school, university, career start, kids, marriage, family, parental leave, retirement) and help shape it.
This hackathon gives you as women the opportunity and the platform to connect with experts of banks and FinTechs, and entrepreneurs. Take part in shaping the financial sector.
